About Us
Whittens Lawyers and Consultants is a specialised boutique law firm located in the heart of Sydney's legal district that specialises in corporate and commercial law, mining and resources law, litigation and property law. The firm prides itself on providing reliable and effective commercial legal advice and services to its clients.
Raymond Whitten commenced practicing law over 38 years ago with the aim of providing clients with quality legal advice, as well as personal service not always possible from larger size firms. Raymond believed then, as he does today, that law firms need to specialise in specific areas of law ensuring quality service and up to date skills. Andrew Whitten joined the team in 1997 bringing with him a new outlook on corporate law and a modern and energised perspective for servicing clients within a boutique environment.
Whittens specialises in four distinct areas of law:
Our lawyers have an exceptional track record in these areas providing a personalised boutique approach.
